We would like to let you know that our showroom is open to you all, we would ask that if you would like to visit us that you call to make an appointment first. Memorials can be designed and we can send you a 3D layout for you to view if required, any paperwork needed to proceed with the work can be posted to you.

Please be aware that the only two phone numbers you can order a memorial and have works done on an existing memorial are the numbers attached to this web site, there are NO other numbers connected to M&J Memorials, Thank you.

Our Memorials

We provide and guarantee excellent workmanship by our stonemasons on all our memorials and give a 50 Year guarantee as well as a lifetime of free levelling. There is no limit to the type of memorial that may be designed. All our memorials can be adjusted to suit all your requirements. We work personally with each and every one of our clients providing headstones in Essex, headstones in Chelmsford, headstones in Harlow as well as many other areas.

If there is any memorial that you may require or anything you wish to discuss we can arrange for a home visit free of charge.

We can help you design a memorial along with a personal inscription so you can remember your loved one in your own special way.

All our staff are qualified BRAMM fixers giving you peace of mind that all our memorials are fitted safely.

After an in depth chat with Martin, I need look no further, he explained the process and took on board my concerns and preferences.

It was important to me to find a pearl white granite since my late mother’s name means pearl. It is not so easy to find a pale granite but M&J Memorials found me the perfect coloured granite. They have been wonderful throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It was important to me to find a grey granite stone as Norwood Cemetery did not allow any modern stones in the Hellenic Enclosure such black with gold lettering. It had to be low in height and of traditional design but M&J Memorials found me the perfect grey granite design and engraved it with black lettering.
